Tracey lives in small town Nebraska with her husband Tony and three children. In May 2011 she was diagnosed with breast cancer. This blog is a journal where her friends may take the journey of healing and hope with her. Little messages of encouragement and love will never go unnoticed!

The Earth Split Apart For JOY!

     Tracey and Co left the Saturday the 28th and arrived in Tulsa on Sunday evening.
     They wanted to get the cysts on Laureli's back checked out as soon as possible and they saw the doctors Monday morning.
     The doctors said they had never seen anything like it. But they did not think the cysts were cancerous! What a wonderful answer to prayer! Praise to Almighty God!
     Tracey and Tony have decided to wait until they come home in March to deal with her back and are going to keep applying tea and clay to the cysts.
     The radiation machine broke down in the midst of all this and Tracey wasn't able to start radiation. Her first treatment was scheduled for today. 8 am.
     She was kind of nervous as they slid into a tunnel like thing. It only took 7-8 minutes and they asked her if she wanted to take something to calm her nerves. She didn't. She said she was fine after they started. She is doing well and it wasn't bad at all.

     Pastor Tony is returning home this afternoon. Tracey asked us to pray for good weather for him. Laureli is working on her Young Chautauqua character, Amelia Earhart, and she and Tracey are taking advantage of Tulsa's huge library and the Center's gym.
       They ask for prayer to keep seeing improvement and confidence in their decision and that Laureli will stay strong and healthy.
      God bless you all!

"And all the people went up after him;
and the people played the flutes and rejoiced with great joy,
so that the earth seemed to split with their sound."

You Do Not Know

"All fear is but the notion that God's love ends.
Did you think I end, that My bread warehouses are limited,
that I will not be enough? But I am infinite, child.
What can end in Me? Can life end in Me?
Can happiness? Or peace?
Or anything you need?
I am the Bread of Life and My bread for you will never end.
Fear thinks God is finite and fear believes that there is not going to be enough and hasn't counting one thousand gifts, endlessly counting gifts, exposed the lie at the heart of all fear?
 In Me, blessings never end because My love for you never ends. If My goodnesses toward you end, I will cease to exist, child.
As long as there is a God in heaven, there is grace on earth and I am the spilling God of the uncontainable,
forever-overflowing-love-grace."

‘Call to Me, and I will answer you,
and show you great and mighty things,
which you do not know.’

All Your Purpose

Tracey and Co. left for Tulsa today to begin her radiation treatments.
They will not be returning until the middle of March.
Laureli and her cousin went along to keep Tracey company.
Please pray for their safety on the trip and while they are there.
God bless!

"May the Lord answer you in the day of trouble;
May the name of the God of Jacob defend you;
May He send you help from the sanctuary,
And strengthen you out of Zion;
May He remember all your offerings,
And accept your burnt sacrifice.
Selah

 "May He grant you according to your heart’s desire,
And fulfill all your purpose.
 We will rejoice in your salvation,
And in the name of our God we will set up our banners!
May the Lord fulfill all your petitions.
Now I know that the Lord saves His anointed;
He will answer him from His holy heaven
With the saving strength of His right hand."
Psalm 20:1-6
